After user is logged in and ready to start a session a couple of recording configuration steps are to be taken.
To start a Scriba session SELECT:
Type of interview: in-person or virtual
If virtual is selected Scriba requests sharing screen, which means that the audio from that tab will be captured.
Microphone
If a user has headphones connected there is going to be an option to select those, or it would be a computer microphone only.Language
The template language and language selected can be different.
Scriba supports English, Danish, French, German, Swedish, Spanish.
Template
A template defines how documentation is supposed to look like: what are the fields included, order of the fields etc. The format of the template is flexible and can cover any organisation needs and standards.
Selection of available templates depends on the organisation.
